Job description / Role
Job PurposeThe Sales Executive is responsible for selling to and educating customers about Rapid Access’ product portfolio, facilities and services.
Reporting into the Country Manager and working closely with the wider Business Development Team, the role holder will be part of a team responsible for providing high quality and proactive business development opportunities.
The Sales Executive will be given an assigned territory and will be tasked with its growth and maximizing revenue and profit against agreed targets by converting inquiries and sales proposals into confirmed orders.
This is predominantly achieved through field-based sales activity and account management of both the existing customer base and new business.
The Sales Executive will be required to travel throughout the assigned territory as well as spending time in the depot when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.- Actively look for new sales opportunities.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

- Negotiating contracts and packages to achieve monthly or annual targets.

Salary
KWD 460 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Job-Specific SkillsThe chosen candidate will meet ALL the essential criteria below:
Essential
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
- Bachelor’s degree In A Relevant Field
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; second language a plus
- Experience with customer relationship tools such as Salesforce a plus.
- Ability to travel
Desirable
- Fluent in Arabic or English
- Saudi Arabia industry sales experience
- Driving license is a must
- Should have a transferable Saudi Iqamah
- Age between 20 to 25 Years.
