MAIN MISSIONS
- Responsible for definition and implementation of the brand local training strategy in line with the needs in the market.
- Implement local training programs by adapting corporate training strategy to ensure excellent customer service and to contribute to market share evolution.
- Giving regular feedback regarding the brand specificities in term of training and level of the BCs.
- Manage and develop training team.
- Measure the impact of training and coaching programs.
KEY ACTIVITIES
- Develop and plan training in line with the central training strategy.
- Gather by monthly reporting and be creative (in inventing new ways for training delivery).
- Deliver training programs (standard & specific training) in the classroom and allocate team resources appropriately.
- Implement individual training path for the brand sell out staff (Counter Managers, BCs).
- Ensure implementation of coaching programs (precise feedback and evaluation of each BC).
- Manage organization, timing, actions.
- Measure and monitor sell out team performance following training actions (products quiz) and precise reporting on coaching.
- Track field training actions.
- Be proactive in proposing actions to improve service.
- Conduct store training and coaching and identify future training needs.
- Make sure the brand BCs have the right level of training.
- Uniform and grooming organisation (ordering, tracking, communicating, etc)
