Roles and Responsibilities
The IT Support Assistant will provide support to our users in Audit, Tax, Advisory and Infrastructure and will assist the IT team in meeting the needs of our users together with inducting new staff members and assisting the IT team with day to day IT tasks

Qualifications and Skills

- Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
- Proactive problem solver
- A good communicator and be able to build good relationships with colleagues
- Able to manage your own time and multi-task
- Confident and independent personal skills
- Experience and Background
- At least one year experience in troubleshooting and computer networking
